We consider our marketplace model the best way to offer valuable educational content to our users. We need rules to keep our platform and services safe for you, us, and our student and instructor community. These Terms apply to all your activities on the CodeitUp website, the CodeitUp mobile applications, our APIs, and other related services (“Services”).

If you publish content on our platform, you must also agree to the Instructor Terms. We also provide details regarding our processing of the personal data of our students and instructors in our Privacy Policy. If you are using our platform for Business as part of your organization’s CodeitUp for Business subscription, you should consult our CodeitUp for Business Privacy Statement.

You need an account for most activities on our platform, including to purchase and access content or to submit content for publication. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. This means you need to be careful with your password. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you such access unless you can provide us with the information that we need to prove you are the owner of that account. In the event of the death of a user, the account of that user will be closed.

Refund Policy for CodeItUp:

Thank you for choosing CodeItUp for your educational needs. We strive to provide high-quality courses and content to our users. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require a return or refund. Please review our return policy below:

Refund Eligibility

1) Refunds are applicable within 10 days of the original purchase date.

2) To be eligible for a refund, the course or subscription must not have been fully completed or accessed beyond 30% of its content.

3) Refunds are not applicable for courses/content that have been fully accessed or completed or delivered.

How to Request a Refund

1) To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at within the eligible timeframe.

2) Provide your order details and reason for the refund request.

Processing Time

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

Refund Method

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions & reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

1) A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.

2) Refunds will not be provided for any promotional or discounted purchases.

3) Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.

4) No refunds will be granted for purchases made beyond the 10-day window.

5) Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.

6) CodeItUp reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse or violation of terms.

7) Users who have their account reported, banned, or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms.

8) We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellation of Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds will only be provided according to the refund eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Course Content: Once a course is refunded, access to the course content will be revoked.

Return Policy for CodeItUp:

Returns accepted within 10 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact. Refunds issued in original payment method or store credit. Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless product is damaged or defective. Certain items may be non-returnable such as final sale items, video courses, digital downloads, or personalized products. 

Cancellation Policy for CodeItUp:

For video, book, and product purchases: Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds issued in the original payment method. After 24 hours, purchases are considered final. Subscription cancellations effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
